   A:Yes,OEM/ODM are welcome! You need provide your specific request firstly and we will provide you a reference according to your requirements, it is ok if you are just have a asking.

4) Q: How to deal with the problem that we buy you product but don't know how to use ?
   A: We can take a video for you or we can use WhatsApp/skype/wechat for video teaching
 
5) Q: How do you ship them?
A:By sea, air and Express( Fedex , UPS, DHL or TNT)according to your preference, of course you can use your own forwarders.
  Express way is about 3-5 days, air shipment is about 3-4 days, sea shipment is about 30 days, of course we can accept using your own forwarders.

A: For a small order, 3-5 days is OK; for a bulk order, 15-20 days depending on the quantity.
