4) Q: How to deal with the problem that we buy you product but don't know how to use ?
 
  A: We can take a video for you or we can use WhatsApp/skype/wechat for video teaching
 
5) Q: How do you ship them?
A:By sea, air and Express( Fedex , UPS, DHL or TNT)according to your preference, of course you can use your own forwarders.
  Express way is about 3-5 days, air shipment is about 3-4 days, sea shipment is about 30 days, of course we can accept using your own forwarders.
 
6) Q: How long is the lead time for production?
A: For a small order, 3-5 days is OK; for a bulk order, 15-20 days depending on the quantity.
 
7) Q:What is your payment way?
A:T/T ,western union or cash, trade assurance is also ok.
 
8) Q:How to place orders?
   A: 1. Email us the model and quantity, consignee information, shipping way and payment terms; 
       2. Proforma Invoice made and sent to you; 
       3. Complete Payment after confirming the PI; 
       4. Confirm Payment and arrange production.
